F.A.Q

LED lamps are included with every order and come with a two year replacement warranty. Please email us for any warranty requests or visit our Lamp Shop for any purchases.

Most of our light fittings have been designed with customisation in mind, whether it is overall dimensions or finish, we can most likely do it. Please contact us to discuss further.

Our standard production lead time is 5-7 weeks from when payment has been made. Please note that for large orders the lead time may be longer. Please contact us if you require an order sooner. We will do our best to accommodate. We do stock a limited quantity of some products.

All of our North American orders will be wired to US / Canadian standards using UL approved components. If it is required for your project, we can also offer UL certification on a per-order basis for an additional cost.

As a standard procedure, international delivery charges are estimated and these are based on a kerbside delivery only with Duty Unpaid. Therefore, you as a customer are liable for any import duties and/or local taxes that may be added. Unfortunately PARCTA is unable to offer guidance on duties or taxes. We recommend that you contact your local import office for help. We ship all orders from the Netherlands.
